Check-in after : 1PM Check-out before : 10AM Outside food is not allowed in the villa. Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission. Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay. Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed. We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm. Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits. Pet charges Rs. 800 + GST per day. Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities. Guests are prohibited from smoking and setting up hookahs in the rooms/villas/lawns. The pool is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times. Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to any items. As required by law, every guest must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows the address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses, and Passports. Inappropriate behavior or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave. Tea/Coffee will be served during breakfast and evening tea time. If you would like tea/coffee at any other time of the day, it can be arranged at an additional charge. No crackers or colors are permitted in this home. All payments for booking the villa, including meals will have to be pre-paid before check-in. Security Deposit collected during booking will be returned during check-out or by NEFT within 5 business days after check-out, provided no damages are observed. To avoid inconvenience, we will not be accepting cash onsite for any reason henceforth. Security deposit is to be paid two days before check-in. If no damages are observed, the deposit will be returned during check-out itself or by NEFT within 5 business days after check-out. Please Note: The Security Deposit is subject to change depending on the number of nights and the group size. Please check with your holiday advisor at the time of booking. In case of special occasions like wedding and pre wedding ceremonies, milestone celebrations and events, and similar such events that require the parts or entire estate, whether they require elaborate arrangements or not, are at the sole discretion and explicit permission of the management. These need to be informed at the time of booking, and additional venue charges, additional deposits and charges for time efforts and specialised skills needed for prior arrangements and post event cleanup will apply. Cancellation Policy If booking is cancelled 21 days before checkin date, guests are entitled to a full refund. While, 50% refund if cancelled between 21-11 days before checkin date Any cancellations made less than 11 days before your checkin date, would not be refunded. A nominal cancellation fee (5%) is charged for processing the refund. While, refund in travel credits have no processing fee. Refunds for cancellations would only be processed in the form of travel credits if any amount of travel credits is utilised for booking. If any non cancellable coupon is used while booking, all cancellation policies are overridden. The guest is not entitled to any refund while rescheduling is possible* Cancellation policy is overridden and cancellaton is not allowed for peak dates that is Independence day (15th Aug), Diwali (10th Nov to 20th Nov), Christmas and New year (24th Dec to 2nd Jan) and Republic day (26th Jan) will not be accepted. In case of extreme last-minute cancellations due to extenuating circumstances, Guests will be refunded 85% of booking amount if the property gets another booking for the same date(s). If not, Guests will not be given a refund, and the cancellation will be treated as a no-show. If the Guest has made a partial payment, they are entitled to no refund whatsoever.

4 out of 6 bedrooms are on the ground floor. One of these bedrooms on the ground floor is a suite of 2 rooms with 2 double beds each and one ensuite bathroom. There is one powder room in the living area. The gardener of the home has a cow on the premises. Tap water is available and safe for consumption. There is one TV in the living room. In case of a power outage or fluctuations, generators can be switched on. However, power outages or fluctuations due to weather, regional restrictions, etc. are beyond our control. Hence, diesel charges for genset operation will need to be paid by the guests after 4 hours of usage, the prices for further usage will be INR 800 per hour. The genset needs to be switched off for 30 mins, after every two hours of usage, to avoid a breakdown. We have a dongle that provides a fairly decent internet connection. Considering the unique location of the villa, Internet connectivity can get affected due to falling of trees, heavy rains or other causes As the monsoon season approaches and the coastal winds blow, we wanted to take a moment to inform you about a possibility that comes with this beautiful weather: power outages. At SaffronStays, your comfort and safety are our top priorities. In anticipation of potential power interruptions, our diligent villa staff will be on standby to ensure your stay remains uninterrupted. Our reliable power backup system will kick in swiftly. To maintain the stability of the backup system and protect all our guests, we kindly request your cooperation in refraining from using certain high-power-consuming appliances such as air conditioners and geysers during these periods. We only sell this home with all the 6 rooms, if you wish to book fewer rooms.

Walk for just 5 minutes and you’ll find your feet sinking in the sands of the quaint Akshi beach. You can opt for exciting water sport activities and horse cart rides on Akshi Beach. Slide in your flip-flops and walk around Akshi village ‘Koliwada’. Interact with the locals, pick up tasty biscuits from the famous Mayur Bakery, and visit the Hanuman Mandir, Ganpati Temple Saibaba Temple or dargah, all 15 minutes from the home. If you have savoured the taste and spice of Alibaug-style meals, you must buy homemade papads and pickles from the Konkan market (8 km.). Embrace your culture-curious personality by visiting Angre Fort (8 km.), where one of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj’s admirals once lived. The fort stands strong in the middle of the ocean, and the whooshing winds around the fort have so much history to narrate. The trek to Kanakeshwar Temple is 20 km
