House RulesOutside food is not allowed in the villa.
Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.
Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm.
Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited.
The pool (if present) is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times.
Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.
In case of special occasions like wedding and pre wedding ceremonies, milestone celebrations and events, and similar such events that require the parts or entire estate, whether they require elaborate arrangements or not, are at the sole discretion and explicit permission of the management. These need to be informed at the time of booking, and additional venue charges, additional deposits and charges for time efforts and specialised skills needed for prior arrangements and post event cleanup will apply.
Security Deposit: ₹ 5000 per room
Cancellation PolicyIf booking is cancelled 21 days before checkin date, guests are entitled to a full refund. While, 50% refund if cancelled between 21-11 days before checkin date
Any cancellations made less than 11 days before your checkin date, would not be refunded.
A nominal cancellation fee (5%) is charged for processing the refund. While, refund in travel credits have no processing fee.
Refunds for cancellations would only be processed in the form of travel credits if any amount of travel credits is utilised for booking.
If any non cancellable coupon is used while booking, all cancellation policies are overridden. The guest is not entitled to any refund while rescheduling is possible*
Cancellation policy is overridden and cancellaton is not allowed for peak dates that is Independence day (15th Aug), Diwali (10th Nov to 20th Nov), Christmas and New year (24th Dec to 2nd Jan) and Republic day (26th Jan) will not be accepted.
In case of extreme last-minute cancellations due to extenuating circumstances, Guests will be refunded 85% of booking amount if property gets another booking for the same date(s). If not, Guests will not be given a refund, and the cancellation will be treated as a no-show.
If the Guest has made a partial payment, they are entitled to no refund whatsoever.
Things you need to knowThe caretaker will overlook all your needs throughout the stay. The housekeeping and cleaning staff are available to maintain hygiene.
Room amenities include an ensuite bathroom, extra floor mattress, AC, and WiFi.
4 cars can be parked on the property free of additional charges.
Driver's accommodation is available and up to 1 person can be accommodated at an additional cost.
Villa amenities include a pool, ACs, garden, indoor games like cards, monopoly, and WiFi.
This is a pet-friendly villa.
In case of a power outage or fluctuations, generators can be switched on. However, power outages or fluctuations due to weather, regional restrictions, etc. are beyond our control. Hence, diesel charges for genset operation will need to be paid by the guests after 8 hrs of usage, the prices for further usage will be INR 800 per hour. The genset needs to be switched off for 30 mins, after every two hours of usage, to avoid a breakdown.
Considering the unique location of the villa, Internet connectivity can get affected due to falling of trees, heavy rains or other causes

In anticipation of potential power interruptions, our diligent villa staff will be on standby to ensure your stay remains uninterrupted. Our reliable power backup system will kick in swiftly. To maintain the stability of the backup system and protect all our guests, we kindly request your cooperation in refraining from using certain high-power-consuming appliances such as air conditioners and geysers during these periods.

Most of our properties are in the midst of nature, which is why you and your pets chose us 譬. While we would love for your pet to enjoy the outdoors, a few Do’s and Dont’s to make this an enjoyable and safe experience for your pet, you, and us:
1. Avoid letting your pet explore the outside areas unsupervised and especially in the dark.
There may be snakes, scorpions, rats, or other creepy crawlies or visitors like monkeys, stray dogs, etc.
2. Be aware if your pet is allergic to grass, or pollen and take precautions accordingly.
3. We love for your furry baby to run and rollin the lawns and outdoors. Please do ensure, however, their paws and fur are properly washed and cleaned before letting them in the house/ immediately on entry into the house
4. Please restrict/disallow having your pets climb on sofas and beds. Guests after you may be allergic to pet hair.
5. Our staff can make simple, freshly cooked pet meals. Do give clear instructions to our staff for your pet’s dietary requirements and eating timings, well in advance. Ensure you clarify regarding salt, spices, portion sizes, etc.
6. Please carry all your pets medicines, and toiletries. We do not stock any and there may not be any available in close vicinity of the property.
7. Whilst our staff has been trained to be around pets, please be sensitive to the fact that not everyone is as comfortable as you are around them. So if some of the staff request you to keep your pet on leash for certain periods of the day/ areas in the property, kindly oblige so they can carry on their duties.
8. Not all properties allow pets in pool. Please check in advance on the same and respect the rules.
9. Lastly, it would make us very happy to know if your pet has had a great time. Show us some love by sharing photos and videos of you with your pets at our property on Real Moments ( You can share the pictures and videos captured while your stay at property on the Real Moments link you receive on your registered number upon check-out)
10. Do share your feedback if we could do more to improve on our pet stays and share your review with us on the review link you receive on your registered number upon check-out. We will try and work on the same.

inoculations and does not have any communicable illnesses or diseases.
I agree to properly remove and dispose of any litter or waste associated with my pet within premises.
I declare my pet is free of fleas, not aggressive & we are carrying muzzles if so be required in case of exigencies.
My pet will be with me and under my care at all times as they are not to be left unattended on property.
My pet will be on a leash in case the staff requests for the same so that they can carry on with their duties.
I understand that the pet charges paid by me for my pet's stay does not include any additional costs which may result from damage or the need for excessive
cleaning of soiled linens, carpeting, furniture, pool, etc, or any flea infestation, etc. I also agree that such charges would be at the sole judgment of management.
I accept full responsibility for any liability arising from my pet (pet damage or personal injury to property, property staff, other guests, or third party).
As a pet owner, I am liable for any disturbances my pet causes to guests/ staff
present at the property. I understand that an additional charge may be applied in the event of any disturbances. On the second incident of a reported disturbance, the staff may ask for the pet to be removed from property/ kept on leash/
restricted to a certain area within the property.
Property or the Home Owner is not liable for any injury suffered by pet
while on the premises. I understand and agree that the safety of my pet(s) is solely my responsibility.
