A luxurious 8-bedroom private estate near South Bombay, approximately 1 hour from Mandwa Jetty, this home, has a pickleball court, large swimming pool, verdant lawns, and a plethora of outdoor activities to experience making it simply perfect for celebrations, milestone occasions, corporate offsites, get-togethers and reunions. Pamper yourself in the lap of luxury as you walk through the charming doors of this magnificent estate that has effortlessly, and quite delightfully, acquired space in our Signature collection (and also, our hearts!). As you sip on a refreshing Strawberry Fizz or a Virgin Mojito (all ready to welcome you), you will see a high-ceiling living room that has the dining space on the right and an indoor bar to the left - just the perfect spot for all your dusk-to-dawn shenanigans. The first level opens into an indoor Games Room fully equipped with numerous games. The exit of this structure is your literal gateway to opulence. The homes unravel themselves with a widespread garden/lawn that is embellished with everything synonymous to “where families bond”. Let’s go for a walk, shall we? The walking track traverses across this estate and treats you with more than one experience until you reach your bedroom. There's a sandbox where you can play (learn to play) Pétanque, an outdoor bowling game that finds its origin in ancient Greece, a badminton net, and a yoga station. (Fun fact: This station is actually built on a well!) A uniquely designed and intricately carved furniture set sits on one part of the garden which is just the perfect spot for high-tea. A dreamy brunch setting? The gazebo, which also includes an outdoor dining space, will make your heart happy! Towards the right of the gazebo, as the estate further unravels itself, you’ll find the first structure that comprises 4 bedrooms (with ensuite bathrooms). 1 bedroom is attached to the living room on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms are on the first floor and the 4th bedroom is on the second floor. As you walk across the larger-than-life swimming pool and an outdoor bar, you’ll find another structure with 4 bedrooms, and a magnificent living room with multiple grande interiors that add a luxurious touch to your vacation. Filled with carefully curated antiques, the living space which opens up to the pool is the perfect place to catch up with family and friends. There is 1 bedroom on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms on the first floor. 3 bedroom have an ensuite bathroom. The 4th bathroom does not have an ensuite bathroom, there is a common washroom right next to the bedroom which can be used. The first floor offers an aesthetic reading corner for bibliophiles with a vast selection of novels and a quaint study room for those last-minute meetings. Pool babies - give us a roaring five because you’re in for a joy ride! The large swimming pool spreads laterally under an open sky and cuddles an outdoor bar that again, is set on glass flooring over a well! A sundowner by the pool or an intimate milestone celebration, everything here happens with an elegant touch of opulence. After seeing souvenirs from across the world, it’s now time to taste food from across borders! The multi-cuisine Signature menu that offers Asian, Continental, Mexican and local specialities (including a special kids’ menu) will not only satisfy your stomach but also your heart! The homes are accessible by 2 gates offering ample parking space for those of you who wish to drive down to the ‘Baug. We know that the true essence of a milestone celebration near Mumbai lies in pampering our guests to the fullest and keeping them happy. We kindly request that loud music, musical events, or any other functions are strictly prohibited within the premises of this villa. This policy is in place to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents around. Outside food is not allowed in the villa. Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission. Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay. Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed. We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 7 pm. Loud music is strictly prohibited near the pool. Pool timings: 9am - 7pm Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits. Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities. Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited. The pool is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times. Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to any items. As required by law, every guest must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows the address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses, and Passports. Inappropriate behavior or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave. No crackers or colors are permitted in this home. All payments for booking the villa, including meals will have to be pre-paid prior to check-in. Security Deposit collected during booking will be returned during check-out or by NEFT within 5 business days after check-out, provided no damages are observed. To avoid inconvenience, we will not be accepting cash onsite for any reason henceforth. Security deposit is to be paid two days prior to check-in. If no damages are observed, the deposit will be returned during check-out itself or by NEFT within 5 business days after check-out. Please Note: The Security Deposit is subject to change depending on the number of nights and the group size. Please check with your holiday advisor at the time of booking. In case of special occasions like wedding and pre wedding ceremonies, milestone celebrations and events, and similar such events that require the parts or entire estate, whether they require elaborate arrangements or not, are at the sole discretion and explicit permission of the management. These need to be informed at the time of booking, and additional venue charges, additional deposits and charges for time efforts and specialised skills needed for prior arrangements and post event cleanup will apply. Security Deposit: ₹ 5000 per room

If booking is cancelled 21 days before checkin date, guests are entitled to a full refund. While, 50% refund if cancelled between 21-11 days before checkin date Any cancellations made less than 11 days before your checkin date, would not be refunded. A nominal cancellation fee (5%) is charged for processing the refund. While, refund in travel credits have no processing fee. Refunds for cancellations would only be processed in the form of travel credits if any amount of travel credits is utilised for booking. If any non cancellable coupon is used while booking, all cancellation policies are overridden. The guest is not entitled to any refund while rescheduling is possible* Cancellation policy is overridden and cancellaton is not allowed for peak dates that is Independence day (15th Aug), Diwali (10th Nov to 20th Nov), Christmas and New year (24th Dec to 2nd Jan) and Republic day (26th Jan) will not be accepted. In case of extreme last-minute cancellations due to extenuating circumstances, Guests will be refunded 85% of booking amount if SaffronStays gets another booking for the same date(s). If not, Guests will not be given a refund, and the cancellation will be treated as a no-show. If the Guest has made a partial payment, they are entitled to no refund whatsoever.

The home is at a drivable distance from the most serene beaches of Alibaug such as the Nagaon Beach (10 minutes), Alibaug Beach (20 minutes), Thal Beach (30-minutes) and Kihim Beach (40-minutes) where you can indulge in some water sports. Experience playing some common, some unique games such as Pétanque, foosball, snooker, football, badminton and other board games with your loved ones. Ditch the screens and start your mornings with some warm sunshine and a whole lot of yoga in the middle of the lawns, on the yoga station. Host your intimate sundowners or celebrations by the large swimming pool and the outdoor bar, and weave memories of a kind.

Enjoy the taste of freshly made home-cooked gourmet meals prepared using locally sourced ingredients by our in-house chef. Tea/Coffee will be served during breakfast and high tea time. If you would like tea/coffee at any other time of the day, it can be arranged at an additional charge.
