Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.
Guests are allowed to order/ bring in food from outside. Any damages to the plates, cutlery, or other items will incur a penalty charge. Guests are requested to handle them with care kindly.
Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 6 pm.
Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited.
The pool is unsupervised, and there is no lifeguard on duty. Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times while using the pool.
Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to any items.
As required by law, every guest must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.
In case of special occasions like wedding and pre wedding ceremonies, milestone celebrations and events, and similar such events that require the parts or entire estate, whether they require elaborate arrangements or not, are at the sole discretion and explicit permission of the management. These need to be informed at the time of booking, and additional venue charges, additional deposits and charges for time efforts and specialised skills needed for prior arrangements and post event cleanup will apply.

Cancellation PolicyCancellation policy : Strict
In case a Guest has booked online on the website without any assistance from the Call Center, he/ she is entitled to a 12 hours FREE Cancellation policy from time of booking. Refunds into your bank accounts usually take 5-7 working days. This does not apply to a booking where Check-in date is 7 days from the date of confirmation of booking.
After this 12 hour window passes, bookings for Homes that have the Strict Cancellation Policy cannot be cancelled, rescheduled, and are non-refundable.
If the Guest has made a partial payment, he/ she is not entitled to any refund whatsoever.
Cancellation for peak dates that is Christmas and New Year (24th Dec 2023 to 2nd Jan 2024) and Republic day (26th Jan 2024) will not be accepted.
If a guest uses the “NOCANCEL” coupon while booking, all cancellation policies are overridden. The guest is not entitled to any refund and will have to pay a 100% rescheduling fee in the event of the same.

Up to 2 cars can be parked on site. And 2 outside the main gate.

The adjacent building is the service area for the Caretakers and won’t be accessible for guests.
In case of a power outage or fluctuations, generators can be switched on. However, power outages or fluctuations due to weather, regional restrictions, etc. are beyond our control. Hence, diesel charges for genset operation will need to be paid by the guests after the first 8 hours of usage, the prices for further usage will be INR 800 per hour. The genset needs to be switched off for 30 mins, after every two hours of usage, to avoid a breakdown.
Considering the unique location of the villa, Internet connectivity can be affected due to the falling of trees, heavy rains, or other causes
We only sell this home with all the 4 rooms, if you wish to book fewer rooms.
