Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay. Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed. We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm. Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits. Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities. The pool is unsupervised, and there is no lifeguard on duty. Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times while using the pool Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items. As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports. Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave. Security Deposit: ₹ 5000 per room

Cancellation policy : Strict In case a Guest has booked online on the website without any assistance from the Call Center, he/ she is entitled to a 12 hours FREE Cancellation policy from time of booking. Refunds into your bank accounts usually take 5-7 working days. This does not apply to a booking where Check-in date is 7 days from the date of confirmation of booking. After this 12 hour window passes, bookings for Homes that have the Strict Cancellation Policy cannot be cancelled, rescheduled, and are non-refundable. If the Guest has made a partial payment, he/ she is not entitled to any refund whatsoever. Cancellation for peak dates that is Christmas and New Year (24th Dec 2023 to 2nd Jan 2024) and Republic day (26th Jan 2024) will not be accepted. If a guest uses the “NOCANCEL” coupon while booking, all cancellation policies are overridden. The guest is not entitled to any refund and will have to pay a 100% rescheduling fee in the event of the same.

This is a 4-bedroom villa. Kitchen usage charges will be INR 2000 per day. Room amenities include an ensuite bathroom, wardrobe, viewing decks, and WiFi. The staff at this home comprises people including the caretakers to cater to all your getaway needs. Up to 2 cars can be parked on site. There is a powder room on the ground floor. In the rare event of power outages, generators can be used for INR 700 per additional hour after 2 hours of usage, with a mandatory 30-minute cool off period to prevent breakdowns. Our staff and backup systems are always on stand-by, but please avoid using high-voltage appliances like air conditioners and geysers during these times. We only sell this home with all the 4 rooms, if you wish to book fewer rooms.

A sumptuous breakfast is included in the tariff. Freshly brewed tea and coffee will be served at breakfast and afternoon tea. You will have access to a tea and coffee station, or it can be prepared for you at an additional charge. Outside food is allowed. Cleaning charges of INR 1000 per day is applicable. Guests can opt to have a private chef for a personalized culinary experience at an additional charge of INR 3000 + GST per meal with an additional charge for groceries at actuals.
